The system excludes double booking of conference rooms, meeting rooms, displays the schedule of room occupancy on the screen, the color (green / red) of the display backlight reflects the status of the meeting room.

With Evoko Liso, you will forget about unpleasant moments such as opening doors during an important meeting or negotiation.

You can book a meeting room with Evoko Liso in two ways: 1st using the standard calendar: 2nd using the Evoko Liso panel with a few taps.

The Evoko Liso panel is locally located at the entrance to the meeting room / conference room. The display shows the schedule of occupancy of the room and allows you to book a room with a few clicks using an intuitive interface. The display has a built-in proximity sensor and LED backlight which signals about occupancy of the premises.

Built-in RFID, NFC and PIN verification make it easy to identify and authorize a user. The most convenient “check in” function allows you to cancel an appointment if no one came. Equipment in the room not working? Please report this via the display.

Evoko Liso is controlled through the Evoko Home application. The application allows you to select the desired meeting room, online control over devices, distribution of access rights. Evoko Home allows you to display usage statistics for all devices within a company / network.
