Grandstream HA100 is a redundancy module for IP PBX UCM6510. To increase fault tolerance, two UCM6510 are needed (one primary and one redundant). If a problem occurs or the main PBX fails, the backup module automatically switches all external connections to the backup one within 10-50 seconds.
